I’m Dr. Nicole Labor, a physician board-certified in Family and Addiction Medicine. I deliver the no-nonsense truth: addiction is a disease, recovery is possible, and stigma has no place in the conversation. My mission is to make the science of addiction clear, practical, and empowering for everyone, and to make addiction literacy as common and accessible as CPR training—so individuals, families, professionals, and communities can better understand, prevent, and respond to addiction with knowledge, compassion, and evidence-based solutions.
